Cross-cutting

corte transversal

  • Cut to Length Line

CROSS-CUTTING LINES with stacking formats oriented to SERVICE CENTRES and able to supply in BLANKING LINES format.

Coils up to 25 Tons and 2.000mm in diameter with sheets from 0.15mm to20 mm thick and up to 2.000mm wide.

Although the line speed is 60m/min, production depends on the maximum length of the format.

Cutting format up to 12 meters long.

These lines are usually provided with format extraction tables to avoid line stoppage.

  • FLEXIBLES lines

FLEXIBLE LINES: Solutions for finished or semi-finished products

Coils up to 25Tons and 2.000mm in diameter with plates from 0.15 to 20 mm thick and up to 2100 mm wide. Production depends on the looms, the shear or other the other tools implemented in the line.

LASA key-production solutions in hand to obtain the final product.

In the example above the line produced formats with various looms and rectangular and trapezoidal formats EMBOSSED on the underside

  • Systems for delicate metals

CROSS-CUTTING LINES with stacking formats oriented to SERVICE CENTRES for Aluminium, Brass and Stainless Steel with gloss finishes.

Coils to 25 Tons and 2.000mm in diameter with plates from 0.15 to 20 mm thick and to 2.000mm wide.

Although the line speed is 60m/min, the production depends on the length of the maximum size.

Cutting format up to 12 meters long.

These lines are usually provided with format extraction tables to avoid line stoppage.

  • Cut to Length Line with FLANGES

Cross-cutting systems made before the cutting of the formats and used to clean up the sides of labelled coils and to calibrate the width and gauge of the formats which are subsequently cut.

Systems which operate with steels and non-ferrous metal alloys.

For bandwidths up to 2,100 mm and a thickness of 0.2 to 15 mm.

Work on transversal lines with a speed of up to 150 m/min.

  • Levellers

Planing can correct defects on the band in the axis perpendicular to the passage of the band, commonly referred to as weave failure.

They are complex and very compact systems of rollers which are supported by counter-rollers in continuous roller systems. The operator can regulate them for the correction of the weave, according to the extent required.

Planers allows tolerances of up 0.1 mm in the entire flat surface of the band.

  • Stacking Systems

BOMB DOOR stackers are retractable roller ramps, which permit the control of the cut formats through the positioning of the electrical measurement stops. They support stacking formats of up to 12 feet long, stacked on carts.

The maximum width is 2000mm and thickness is from 0.3 to 15mm.

The stacking rate depends on the length of the format and coordinates with transversal lines for speeds of up to 120m/min.
