LONGITUDINAL LINES CUT FROM COILS to obtain further, narrower coils.

Coils up to 30 Tons and 2,000 mm diameter with plates from 0.2 to 15 mm thick and up to 2100mm wide. Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and alloys.

Line speeds of up to 300m/min and the possibility of two line speeds and depending on the band there are several possible configurations of the type of stress, there being special slowed options for delicate metals (stainless steel, aluminium, coatings).

High number of cuts depending on the characteristics of the band, optionally placement of the automatic change of blades and spacers.

 

 
 

 
  • Systems for delicate metals

LONGITUDINAL CUTTING LINES for the production of narrower, lines.

Coils up to 30 Tons and 2,000 mm in diameter with plates from 0.2 to 13 mm in height and up to 2100mm in width. Materials:, Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper and non-ferrous metals and alloys.

Line speed up to 300m/min and the possibility of two line speeds, and according to the band there are several configuration options including the degree of stress and a special reduced-speed line for delicate metals (stainless steel, aluminium, coatings) to avoid marking the material being cut.

A high number of cuts depending on the characteristics of the band, optionally adding the automatic changing of blades and spacers.

 
 

 
  • PACKING Systems for coils

Systems for strapping coils from a longitudinal cutting line. These can be manual or automatic and for coils up to 5,000 kg.

Van motorized tables are provided for positioning the coils, weighing devices, packing tables with positioning rollers, which are useful for the output and storage of coils in strapping rolls.

 

 
  • TURNERS for coils

Systems for flipped coils from longitudinal cutting lines. They have capabilities for reels of weight 1,2,3,5,8,10,15,20 and 30 Tons.

These tumblers or changes can be Hydraulic or Mechanical. There are several models of each, depending on the weight of coil to turn as well as the maximum width of the coil.
